Terraza is available with even more power, added safety systems and new entertainment features, making this premium crossover sport van one of the most comprehensively equipped seven-passenger vehicles in the entire segment.
GM’s new 3.9-liter V6, which features variable valve timing and variable intake technology to deliver 235 horsepower and 239 lb.ft. of torque, is now offered on front-drive models of the well-equipped Terraza CX or elegantly appointed Terraza CXL mid-vans. The 3.5-liter V6, rated at 201 horsepower for front-drive models and 196 horsepower for all-wheel drive versions, continues as the standard engine on CX and CXL models, including those equipped with GM’s exclusive Versatrak on-demand all-wheel drive system. Both engines are coupled to GM’s proven electronically controlled automatic overdrive transaxle.
New side-impact air bag system
Other notable new features include the availability of a side-impact air bag system for first- and second-row outboard occupants, in addition to the standard dual-stage front driver and passenger air bags. The side-impact air bags are standard on Terraza CXL, and available on Terraza CX models.
