Mercedes CLK-Class

The CLK coupes and cabriolets sport a discreet facelift that features a new grille and redesigned taillights. The CLK350 coupe and cabriolet receive a seven-speed automatic transmission and are powered by a new-generation 268-horsepower V6 engine with double-overhead camshafts, variable valve timing, electronic tumble flaps and a two-stage intake manifold – all high-tech systems that work together to produce a broad power band and impressive fuel economy.

Active front head restraints represent a significant new safety feature for all CLK models. In a rear collision, an electronic control unit triggers the front head restraints to move forward more than 1¾ inches and upward by more than an inch, helping to support the head and reduce whiplash injuries.
