Below is the Resolution of the CAED Board of Directors, recognizing
Nicholas Giancaspro for his 40 years of service in the Automotive
Industry.
It will be officially presented to him on the March 5, 2005
broadcast of The Auto Lab.

The Consortium for Automotive Education
Nicholas Giancaspro
Whereas, Nicholas Giancaspro has served with distinction and
fidelity as a member of the Automotive Industry since 1965, and
Whereas, Mr. Giancaspro, during his long and valued tenure
in the industry, has rendered diligent and effective service to The
Auto Lab Broadcast and given generously of his time and talents
over the years, including service at Bronx Community College, CUNY and
the Consortium for Automotive Education; and
Whereas, the Board of Directors of CAED are indebted to
Mr. Giancaspro for his special blend of technical expertise,
integrity, compassion and sound professional judgement which he always
brought to bear in support of the educational objectives during this
period of rapid growth and dynamic change in our industry, now, be

Resolved, that the Board of the Consortium for Automotive
Education expresses its high esteem and gratitude for his many years
of able, effective and dedicated service to our educational
establishments and the community at large.
