	   Who/What: Jeep(R), the original off-road adventure vehicle, will
showcase its line of lifestyle consumer products at the 2001 Outdoor
Retailer Summer Market. Manufactured and produced under license from
DaimlerChrysler Corporation, the Jeep Consumer Products line embodies
all the things consumers have come to expect from a Jeep vehicle -
durability, ruggedness, style and reliability. With an award-winning
line of consumer products, Jeep is more than the original 4X4; it's a
brand of great lifestyle products. Highlights include:

	   -   Bicycles - The Jeep S.U.V bicycle and electric scooter line is
        manufactured by Cycle Source Group, LLC, the official
        worldwide distributor of Jeep bicycles and accessories.

	   -   Electronics - The award-winning Jeep electronics line is
        manufactured by Kash 'N Gold, Ltd. and has developed a
        national reputation with consumers and the trade for
        eye-catching, innovative products.

	   -   Eyewear - The Jeep eyewear line is manufactured by L'AMY, one
        of the largest frame manufacturers in the world, and features
        exclusive styles outfitted with state-of-the-art features and
        proprietary lens technology from Sola.

	   -   Footwear - The new line of Jeep adult footwear is manufactured
        by Vida Shoes International and will be available in spring
        2002.

	   -   Juvenile Products - The Jeep juvenile products line, which
        includes strollers, playards and rockers, is manufactured by
        Kolcraft Enterprises. Jeep strollers were introduced with
        great fanfare at the Detroit Auto Show in January.

	   -   Luggage - The Jeep line of travel equipment is manufactured by
        Dynamic International, Ltd. and features rugged, go anywhere
        luggage.

	   -   Men's Apparel - The Jeep adult apparel line is licensed to Old
        Toledo Brands, Inc. and can be found in leading outdoor
        retailers such as Cabela's and Gander Mountain.

	   -   Moutainboards - The new line of Jeep mountainboards is
        manufactured by MBS Mountainboards, the pioneer of the sport
        of mountainboarding and cutting-edge board technology.
