TORRANCE, Calif.--Sept. 21, 2001--Dyna-Cam Engine Corp. Friday announced that Peacock, Hislop, Staley & Given Inc., a Phoenix-based broker/dealer, received approval for listing Dyna-Cam's common stock on the OTC Bulletin Board.

    The Dyna-Cam Engine

Dyna-Cam is manufacturing and intends to sell the Dyna-Cam Engine starting immediately, initially targeting the kitbuilt aircraft market, and plans to develop other models and sizes of the Dyna-Cam Engine in the future. The Dyna-Cam Engine is a unique, axial cam-drive, 12 combustion chamber, free piston engine.
The Dyna-Cam Engine design replaces conventional crankshaft and piston rod design with two cylindrical engine blocks, each containing six cylinders arranged around a central main shaft. Although originally designed for use in aircraft, the Dyna-Cam Engine has numerous additional potential uses, particularly in marine, industrial, heavy-duty automotive and military applications.
