  DETAILS:

Ypsilanti Orphan Car Show: Nearly 400 vehicles will be on display in this community wide celebration, presented by the Ypsilanti Automotive Heritage Collection and sponsored by the Walter P. Chrysler Museum, which includes a pass-in-review with expert narrators. The show will feature the two largest and two smallest vehicles from the DaimlerChrysler collection:

* a 1918 Willys Quad Truck and a 1938 Dodge Airflow Tanker (largest); and

* a gas-powered two-seat toy car produced in the late 1930s for auto executive Carl Breer's children and a 1962 AMC Metropolitan Royal Runabout show car (smallest).

The Orphan Car Show, this year featuring Brass-Era vehicles produced before 1916, spotlights the 99 percent of American auto makes that are no longer produced and the hundreds of foreign makes which are no longer imported.

Chrysler Employee Motorsport Association Car Show: Nearly 400 cars, trucks and motorcycles of all makes, the majority spanning the '60s and '70s, will be displayed on the Walter P. Chrysler Museum's grounds. The event will feature:

* a special HEMI(R)-powered vehicle display;

* vehicle awards (with several sponsored by the UAW-DaimlerChrysler PQI Partnership); and

* musical entertainment and food.

Register vehicles ($15 each) at www.cemaclub.org . No charge to view vehicles; museum admission is $6 for adults and $3 for children (6 - 12) and seniors.

Father's Day Celebration: Free admission to the Walter P. Chrysler Museum throughout Father's Day weekend for the entire group when Dad pays the $6 adult admission. Bring the family to:

  *  view three stories of vehicles, interactive displays and exhibits;
  *  decorate a card or picture for Dad in the 1930s Show Room;
  *  pose in a 2000 Dodge Viper for a free souvenir family photo;
