RCAI Announces New ECP Certification

LAKE FOREST, Calif.--May 2, 20041, 2004--RCAI (OTCBB:RCAA) - ALDEROX(TM) KR7(TM) has just received certification with Environment Canada's Environmental Choice(M) Program (ECP). ALDEROX(TM) KR7(TM) has successfully met the criteria for environmental and performance standards. ALDEROX(TM) KR7(TM) is RCAI's second product to receive ECP certification.

"This Program gives us the third-party verification we were looking for to validate our environmental practices and policies," Gordon Davies, president of RCAI, said today. "The EcoLogo(M) offers our customers assurance that they have made an environmentally responsible choice when they buy ALDEROX(TM) KR7(TM)."

The Program provides solid reasons to "Buy Green." The four main requirements for a product to be certified are:

1. the product must be manufactured in an environmentally responsible, eco-efficient manner.

2. the effect of the product on the environment while in use and after must be minimal.

3. the company producing the product must have certain quality assurance elements in place, and lastly

4. the product must be efficacious and meet performance standards (for example, it really performs as it claims)
