Bad Toys, Inc. to Relocate the Retail Store to a New Facility

KINGSPORT, Tenn.--Aug. 2, 20044, 2004--Bad Toys, Inc. (OTCBB:BTOI) announced today that the Company has committed to purchase a 15,000 sq foot facility on a 3-acre site for $1.15 million. Bad Toys expects to close on the facility by September 30, 2004. The site is located on W. Stone Drive, a heavily traveled street within close proximity to interstate highways. This location will serve as the Company's Kingsport retail outlet for both custom motorcycles and custom cars. In addition, the facility will serve as a dealership for it's new American Eagle Motorcycle Line.

The Company's new facility was originally an Oldsmobile dealership that includes a showroom, parts storage, mechanic bays, and paint facilities. The Company intends to occupy the building upon the closing and plans to spend up to $200,000 in improvements, which will be completed by the end of the year. The Company intends to use a portion of the facility to continue its' production of it's motorcycle line. The remainder of the building will be used by its' automobile division for construction of street rods and restoration work. In July, the Company purchased a paint booth and restoration equipment and took a month-to-month lease at a separate location off Wilcox Dr. in Kingsport. Bad Toys began offering auto body repair, customizing, restoration, and paint services in the Kingsport area. This activity will be relocated to the new facility.

When completed, the new facility will be the Company's model for future stores that include the Company's complete line of finished products including both motorcycles and custom cars, as well as a high-end parts department for customizing both motorcycles and street rods and quality service for both vehicles.
