Mitsubishi recalls 60,000 vehicles

TOKYO December 8, 2004: Japan Today reported that Mitsubishi Motors Corp will recall some 60,000 vehicles of its RVR car and two other models in Japan for free repairs to defective brake pipes, the transport ministry said Tuesday.

The vehicles subject to the recall were produced between January 1991 and November 1992, Mitsubishi Motors said in a report to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. (Kyodo News)
