MicroTRAKgps Passes Stringent Standards of Jaguar and Landrover - Launch of New Product Line Soon

DALLAS--MicroTRAKgps, a division of The Tracking Corporation (Pink Sheets:MIOK), a provider of Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology solutions, today announces that Jaguar and Landrover has approved a Parts Submission Warrant (PSW) submitted on the MicroTRAKgps theft recovery system. This was the final step in the consent process to facilitate the launching of a new GPS theft recovery product line that will bear the prestigious name of the automotive manufacturer, which will be on sales soon.

The Parts Submission Warrant provided thorough documentation on the MicroTRAKgps system and included the certification tests, process flow diagrams, general assembly technical specifications and requirements, bill of materials, production quality plan, design verification plans, warranty agreements, and product samples. Because of the thoroughness of the PSW and the quality of the MicroTRAKgps theft recovery system, approval for the PSW was granted in less than a week. The automotive manufacturer’s Accessory Manager commented on the excellence of the submission and the superior quality of the product which expedited the Product Approval. The launch of the new accessory theft recovery and tracking product will happen within the next two weeks.
