OPENLANE to Speak at Association of Consumer Vehicle Lessors Conference

DEARBORN, Mich., Sept 17, 2008 - OPENLANE, Inc., a leading online auction company in North America for automotive dealers to buy and sell wholesale vehicles, today announced that Nagi Palle, vice president of analytics, will speak at the Association of Consumer Vehicle Lessors (ACVL) Conference. Mr. Palles presentation, Increasing Residual Value Using Analytics, will take place today at the conference, being held this week at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. The event is a forum for industry leaders to discuss issues affecting the vehicle leasing community.

In his presentation, Mr. Palle will provide an overview of online remarketing and discuss what role analytics plays in increasing a vehicles residual value for both consignors and dealers. The session will examine the ways in which analytics can help with vehicle pricing, volume analysis and dealer demand. Palle will also outline real-world case studies to demonstrate how analytics can be leveraged to increase the efficiency of vehicle sales and inventory value.
