SANTA MONICA, Calif. Sept. 29, 2008 - Zag, the online no-haggle car-buying platform that connects ready buyers with certified dealers, today announced a strategic alliance with Administaff, a leading provider of human resources services for small and medium-sized businesses. Under the terms of the agreement, Administaff clients and their employees will have access to an online auto-buying program, powered by Zag (http://www.zag.com), that aggregates group buying power to save consumers money, and gives them a superior, hassle-free buying experience.

Through the Zag technology platform and an approved dealer network, users can research and configure a new car, obtain a great, upfront price from a local dealer, and apply for financing all online. Buyers then are referred to a local dealer who has been pre-screened by Zag to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Employees at Administaff client companies can access the new auto-buying program via MarketPlaceSM, Administaffs eCommerce portal through which discounts on a wide range of consumer and business products and services are offered. In addition, the auto-buying program is featured on Administaffs BizTools.com, an online business resource providing entrepreneurs and business owners with a single destination to access a broad range of relevant information and tools. Zags auto buying platform is positioned as a premium service that allows small business owners and entrepreneurs to buy company or personal vehicles at great prices.

Administaff is known for its commitment to enhancing the overall employee experience for the benefit of both the employee and the client organization, said Scott Painter, Zag CEO. Were pleased to be adding a new dimension to Administaffs value-added programs, and fully expect our service to help small and medium-sized businesses increase employee loyalty and satisfaction.

The relationship with Administaff marks Zags official entry into the human resource services space. This is a sector that Zag plans to pursue aggressively as increasing numbers of organizations are seeking new and innovative corporate incentives to help grow and maintain employee relations and overall retention.
