Copart, Inc. to Webcast First Quarter Fiscal 2009 Results

FAIRFIELD, Calif. November 27, 2008: Copart, Inc. announced today that it will release earnings for the first quarter of fiscal 2009 after the close of market on Wednesday, December 3, 2008.

On Thursday, December 4, 2008 a conference call will be held at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (8 a.m. Pacific) to discuss the results and answer questions regarding the company’s performance for the quarter ended October 31, 2008.
