No Alternative Fuel Vehicle Commercials! What's up with that, Barack?

A look at the car and auto-related television commercials that aired on or around the big football game.

Bridgestone Tires had four different commercials, including two brand new spots. Hyundai had two different commercials, one of which celebrated the Car of the Year Award that they won at the 2009 Detroit Auto Show. Toyota also had two spots, one for its new Venza and one for their trucks. Audi unveiled an aggressive new spot for their new A6, which by comparison to the actual car isn't very SUPER. The car is great, but the TV spot was rather hum-drum, even with all the fast chase scenes.

On the other hand, the Vin Diesel spot for the latest Fast & Furious movie was much more exciting.
