Wonder Auto Technology to Announce 2008 Fourth Quarter and Full Year Financial Results on March 3

JINZHOU CITY, Liaoning, China, February 23, 2009: Wonder Auto Technology, Inc. ("Wonder Auto" or "the Company"), a leading manufacturer of automotive electrical and engine & suspension parts in China, today announced that it will report financial results for the 2008 fourth quarter ended December 31, 2008 and the full year of 2008, before the market opens on Tuesday, March 3, 2009.

The Company will host a conference call, to be simultaneously webcast, on Tuesday, March 3 at 8:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Standard Time /9:00 p.m. Beijing Time. A question and answer session will follow management's presentation.
