DealerTrack Schedules Release of First Quarter 2009 Results and Conference Call

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y.--DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. today announced that it will release its first quarter 2009 financial results after the market closes on May 7, 2009. A conference call will be hosted by Mark F. O’Neil, chairman and chief executive officer, and Eric Jacobs, senior vice president, chief financial and administrative officer, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time May 8, 2009. The release timing has been changed to ensure investors have time to review information before the call begins the next morning.

The conference call will be webcast live on the Internet and can be accessed by visiting http://ir.dealertrack.com/releases_financial.cfm. A replay will be available on the DealerTrack website until midnight on May 22, 2009.
