Pontiac Vibe
In describing the then all-new 2009 Pontiac Vibe, GM called it a modern re-mix of a classic hit, infusing the functionality of a compact crossover with a bolder attitude of athletic styling, increased performance and tight handling. So far, new superlatives have not been issued for the 2010 model. Since the Vibe is appearently the only surviving consumer model with a Pontiac badge one wonders why General Motors is even hanging on with it. GM must have produced a hell of a lot of Pontiac Vibe materials that they can't get rid of, or they have big plans for the near future in building Pontiac back up. We just hope that it's not simply to re-introduce a new Camaro-clone Firebird and dilute whatever attraction the new Camaro might have.

Pontiac Vibe GT
The Vibe lineup will include three versions: a base model, an all-wheel-drive, and a GT.

Previously, GM said “...the Vibe has the interior room and cargo capability expected of a larger SUV, but with the precise handling characteristics you would expect from any Pontiac.”
