Pep Boys Declares Quarterly Dividend

PHILADELPHIA--The Pep Boys – Manny, Moe & Jack , the nation’s leading automotive aftermarket service and retail chain, announced that its Board of Directors approved the payment of the next quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share payable on July 27, 2009 to shareholders of record on July 13, 2009. The annual dividend of $0.12 per share currently yields approximately 1.3%.
