LONDON – February 19, 2010: Autoquake.com (www.autoquake.com) was awarded ‘Best Dealer Website’ for the second year running at the 19th annual Automotive Management Awards held on the 17th February at the International Conference Centre, Birmingham.

Automotive Management’s judging panel said: “Autoquake.com is a company that is going from strength to strength, by continuing to set the standard, mixing appearance, functionality and speed, and producing strong advocates among its customers.”

Autoquake.com was also highly commended in the customer service category.

Collecting the award, Autoquake.com founder Fredrik Skantze said: “Everyone at Autoquake will be very proud of this high accolade in recognition of our website, especially for the second year running. The website is constantly evolving to be the best it can be.

“We consistently receive great customer feedback. An impressive 90% of our customers would recommend us to a friend and I’m delighted that we have been highly commended in the ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ category.

The AM Trade Awards recognise the top dealers, manufacturers and suppliers in the automotive sector and are attended by over 1,000 guests.

Autoquake.com was launched in 2005 and in the short time since has picked up a plethora of awards, including The Auto Trader Best Website of the Year, Fleet World Internet Award, Business Car Techies Best Remarketing System 2009 and the AM Award for Best Dealer Website 2009.

A third of all Autoquake.com customers now sign on the dotted line without taking a test drive or even kicking a tyre. On average, these customers pay £7,000 on a car they have only seen on a computer screen. Cars are the second highest big ticket item consumers buy, with their home top of the list.
