WEYBRIDGE, UNITED KINGDOM – May 17, 2010: Whilst not everyone in the UK may have a football team to cheer in this summer’s World Cup, they do all have the chance to win a new Kia Soul. To celebrate being an Official Partner of the 2010 FIFA World Cup, Kia Motors is offering anyone who enters a free prize draw at a Kia dealership, between the 17th May and 11th July, the chance of winning a new Kia Soul 2.

With over 150 Kia dealers to choose from around the UK and a shot at netting Kia’s charismatic urban crossover, complete with a top-of-the league seven year warranty, this competition is sure to prove popular.

The hard to pigeon-hole Soul certainly breaks the mould by combining the space and flexibility of an SUV with the economy and driveability of a supermini. Launched in the UK in February 2009, the Soul, available in 1.6 petrol or 1.6 CRDi diesel guises, is competitively priced for such a striking car – from just £11,500 ‘On The Road’. Every Soul model comes complete with air conditioning, six airbags, electronic stability control and a five star Euro NCAP rating as standard.

Commenting on the launch of the World Cup prize draw Michael Cole, Managing Director for Kia Motors (UK) Limited said: “Soul is an energetic car, full of character, so it seemed a perfect match for the passion that surrounds the World Cup. We’re proud to be official partners of the 2010 FIFA World Cup and are sure this competition will be popular with everyone, be they a fan of the beautiful game or simply interested in winning a fantastic car.”

The competition winner will be announced on Monday 19th July 2010.
