U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. to Report Fourth Quarter 2010 Financial Results on February 28, 2011

CARSON, CA-- Feb. 22, 2011: U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. announced today that it will report financial results for the fourth quarter ended January 1, 2011, on Monday, February 28, 2011, after market close.  The Company will hold a conference call to discuss the results the same day.  Participating in the call will be Shane Evangelist, Chief Executive Officer and Ted Sanders, Chief Financial Officer.
