Liberty Tire Recycling to Highlight Benefits of Rubberized Asphalt at 54th Annual New Jersey Asphalt Paving Conference

PITTSBURGH--March 7, 2011: Liberty Tire Recycling, the premier provider of tire recycling services in North America, will share the benefits of rubberized asphalt to attendees of the 54th annual New Jersey Asphalt Paving Conference, being held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Brunswick, New Jersey on March 8 and 9.  Liberty Tire Recycling is serving as an exhibitor at the conference.

Kendall went on to offer an example from the recent resurfacing conducted on New Jersey's I-78 that utilized rubberized asphalt.  It has significantly reduced the tire/pavement noise at the source.  According to highway noise research conducted in New Jersey, rubberized surfaces reduce the tire noise that can emanate into neighborhoods.

The Annual Asphalt Pavement Conference is New Jersey's top event for professionals working in all phases of asphalt paving construction, operations, and research. The event draws more than 400 consultants, contractors, suppliers, designers, government agency employees, researchers, and others involved in the paving industry.
