Jonway ZAP Hosts 2011 Joint Annual Dealership Conference in Hangzhou

HANGZHOU, China--April 1, 2011: Jonway Automobile hosted its first joint Jonway ZAP (OTC BB: ZAAP) dealership conference March 25 and 26, 2011 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province of China.

The two-day conference was attended by representatives of over 300 dealers and sub dealers, and over 230 customer service center partners, representing every province in China. More than 450 attended the conference, which was held at the Sofitel Hangzhou Zanadu Resort. The theme of the conference was "New Jonway, New World" with the first day focused on the company's new vision, products and priorities, followed by two afternoon sessions; one focused on getting feedback from the dealers and the other on feedback from the customer support centers. On the second day, a specialist in automobile marketing and sales training gave a workshop to elevate overall quality awareness and sharpen the communication skills of the dealers and customer service centers.

Alex Wang, Co-CEO of ZAP and CEO of Jonway Automobile, gave opening remarks thanking the dealers and customer support centers for a successful 2010 year, almost doubling the sales of Jonway Automobile.  Many of the dealers and owners of customer support service centers were attending the conference for the first time, eager to see the new products and priorities of the newly combined company. Steve Schneider Co-CEO of ZAP Jonway was pleased with the new updated design of the A380 and emphasized the synergies between the companies and the complementary strengths of each company bringing "the best of East and West" to the new combined company.  Both Co-CEOs focused on the importance of quality, not only in products but also in customer service.

In 2009, the top five provinces in sales for Jonway Automobile were Xinjiang, Sichuan, Shangdong, Hubei and Yunan.  Executive management of the company summarized key indicators of the business. In 2010, Jonway Automobile increased its Tier One dealerships to 89, a ten times increase from 2009, and the total number of sub dealers to 215 from 196 in 2009. Jonway Automobile has 236 customer service centers, with 184 Tier One service branches and 52 Tier Two service branches. Additionally, Jonway Automobile presented its new A380 SUV model coming out this year and the A280 SUV planned for 2012.  

Jonway ZAP unveiled its marketing and promotion plans and the family's new addition of the electric vehicle version of the A380 SUV, planned for delivery mid year.  They also set forth plans to build an international sales force to expand into global markets.
