ALBANY, N.Y.--Momentive Performance Materials Inc. (“Momentive Performance Materials” or the “Company”) today announced it will host a teleconference to discuss first quarter ended 2011 results on Friday, May 13, 2011, at 11 a.m. Eastern Time. The Company will issue a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011 prior to the opening of the market on Friday, May 13, 2011.
