TORONTO--May 16, 2011: DealerTrack Canada, a subsidiary of DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. , a leading provider of on-demand software and data solutions for the North American automotive retail industry, today announced an agreement to offer TransUnion credit report solutions through DealerTrack Canada's Credit Application Network, giving Canadian dealers greater access to industry credit management resources.

"The addition of TransUnion to our network brings tremendous value to our dealers by offering another option for obtaining credit report information," said Michael Collins, vice president and general manager of DealerTrack Canada. "With the DealerTrack network, dealers can access credit bureaus, update deal status, check on contracts-in-transit and produce all necessary loan documentation, helping to streamline finance processes and simplifying electronic, real-time credit decisions."

"This agreement will give more Canadian dealers access to TransUnion's family of solutions for the automotive industry through the DealerTrack Canada network," said Derrick Breau, group vice president, TransUnion of Canada.   "As a result automotive dealers will gain a deeper understanding of potential customers' financing needs and credit history prior to making a deal."
