Truckers Help With Life-Saving Tips & Fuel Saving Tips To Motorists During July 4th Holiday Travel

Summary: As motorists prepare for July 4th vacation travel, a team of million mile accident-free truck drivers are helping to make our roads safer.  AAA estimates that over 39 million Americans will drive over 50 miles or more this coming weekend.  America's Road Team Captains, elite professional truck drivers chosen by the American Trucking Associations, are offering advice on how to safely navigate through highway traffic and congestion this summer and, at the same time, save costly fuel.

What: Expert professional truck drivers offering life-saving driving tips, as well as fuel-saving tips, during busy July 4th travel.

When: Wednesday, June 29, 2011 -- July 11, 2011 -- Captains are available by appointment nationwide.

Where: Captains are located throughout the nation to do live in-studio interviews, or via phone.

Interviews: America's Road Team Captains are professional truck drivers that can speak about safety on our nation's highways. Their millions of miles of accident-free driving give them unique insights on how to make it to your destination safely. The Captains will also focus on tips to save fuel while traveling.

The demonstration will take place on the South Capitol steps (Kanawha Boulevard side).
