Auto Aftermarket MAM Software Group Expands Staff for Business Growth

BARNSLEY, England--July 19, 2011: MAM Software Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MAMS), a leading provider of business automation and ecommerce solutions for the automotive aftermarket, has announced the appointment of five new sales and professional services staff at its North American subsidiaries. The appointments see the Group further expand its team of industry experts and strengthen its position as a growing force in the tire and component aftermarket.

The newly appointed staff comprise:

>Michael Moothart - National Sales Manager - MAM Software Inc.
>Jeff Carpenter - Sales Representative - Aftersoft Network NA Inc.
>Joe O'Regan - Senior Implementation Consultant - MAM Software Inc.
>Scott Gaines - Senior Implementation Consultant - MAM Software Inc.
>Ryan Putans - Off-site Implementation Analyst - MAM Software Inc.

In his new role as MAM Software Inc. National Sales Manager, Mr. Moothart will assume responsibility for the sale of MAM's Autopart business management software to warehouse distributors and jobbers. Mr. Moothart has 15 years of enterprise software sales experience, 10 years as an aerospace engineer, and has worked for a NAPA Jobber. Mr. Moothart has been involved in sports car racing as well, where both his father and uncle were drivers in the SCCA National Championship Series, in cars they built. He was most recently an account executive at Crown Partners, and previously was a business development manager at Hansen Information Technologies (now Infor). He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Jeff Carpenter has joined Aftersoft Network NA as a Sales Representative and will be responsible for the sale of Aftersoft's Point of Sale software solutions. During the past 5 years, Mr. Carpenter has been working in various capacities within the automotive aftermarket. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from University of Montana and is currently enrolled in the Marketing MBA program at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. His industry experience includes working as a technician and salesman for a nationwide auto center chain. He was most recently employed as a sales representative and software implementation specialist.

Joe O'Regan, Scott Gaines and Ryan Putans join the rapidly expanding MAM Software Inc. professional services department and will help deliver product configuration and customer training services. They will provide tailored configuration and comprehensive tuition to ensure that customers maximize productivity and take full advantage of their new software.
