AB Volvo's Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at 3.00 PM CET at Lisebergshallen in Gothenburg.
Shareholders who wish to attend the Annual General Meeting must be recorded as a shareholder in AB Volvo's share register on March 29, 2012 and must also give notice of their intention to attend the Meeting to AB Volvo no later than March 29, 2012. Notice to attend the Annual General Meeting will be issued on February 29, 2012 through an announcement in Post- och Inrikes Tidningar and by making the notification available on AB Volvo's website Volvo Group . The fact that notification has been issued is announced in Dagens Nyheter and Gothenburg-Posten on February 29, 2012.
