MDHI to Offer Consumers Fuel Savings via Launch of MotorBooster Radio Advertising Campaign Scheduled for April 15th, 2012

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA--March 27, 2012: Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc. (OTCQB: MDHI.PK), today announced that it will begin a radio advertising campaign in selected U.S. cities that will enable consumers to try the Company's unique, patented and EPA registered combustion chamber fuel catalyst product called MotorBooster. The new advertisement, which will mainly be broadcast during morning and evening drive-time hours, will target major cities where consumers face longer than normal commute times and traffic congestion. The promotion will drive consumers to call a toll-free number to receive their free sample of 10 MotorBooster tablets. Consumers will be responsible to pay a shipping and handling charge of only $5.95 USD.

In a recent independent third-party dynamometer test, an engine treated with MotorBooster exhibited significant performance (fuel consumption reduction of 16.5% and an increase in horsepower by 2.9%) and emission improvements (54% reduction in carbon monoxide and 84% decline in hydrocarbons) after having been conditioned with the combustion catalyst product, as compared to results before treatment. Dozens of additional tests have been completed around the world as well, that document the fuel savings, performance enhancement, and emission reductions qualities with this type of product.

About MotorBooster

MotorBooster's proprietary formulation is made of a patented organic metallocene compound that has been granted a U.S. Patent and is registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The product comes in the form of a one-fourth-inch, round diameter beige tablet that users simply insert into a full tank of 15 gallons or more of gasoline, upon which it immediately dissolves into the fuel.
