KING OF PRUSSIA, PA--April 30, 2012: Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc. (OTCQB: MDHI.PK), today announced it has completed its free promotional trial for the fuel saving engine catalyst called MotorBooster. The Company is now beginning to take orders on both its website and toll free number at a price of $19.95. Additionally, the Company is announcing today it has selected Moulton Logistics Management for a trial of its warehousing, product fulfillment, and selected customer service functions.

"From the radio advertisements that aired over the past two weeks, we learned that there is a significant amount of interest in the MotorBooster product. The advertisements not only gave us the opportunity to provide free samples, but also planted the seeds of awareness that will allow us to expand our program," commented Paul Green, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for MDHI. "We remain fully committed to expanding the MotorBooster marketing programs as we believe this product can produce significant revenue for our company. Additionally, we remain quite confident in the progress we are making on our MediPendant product, considering the increase in sales volume and the large inventory we have recently secured."

For an initial trial period, MDHI has selected Moulton logistics management of Van Nuys California to provide a range of fulfillment services for the MotorBooster product. These will include full-service direct mail, real-time online inventory management, and selected customer service functions. Moulton is one of the largest and most successful logistics providers within the direct response marketing arena with an over 40-year track record and bicoastal logistics facilities, and can easily adapt to the demands which the company expects to see for its MotorBooster product.

Mr. Green continued, "We are excited to have over 1,000 new users of the MotorBooster product. Over the coming months we plan to solicit their opinions and testimonials of this fuel saving product for use in our video, audio, and web-based advertising. Additionally, we are in the process for contracting for additional testing services for the product with several well-known entities within the automotive sector. We plan to make these test results public, along with other tests that have been completed, over the coming weeks, as we believe this is an important component to successfully marketing the product."

In a recent independent third-party dynamometer test an engine treated with MotorBooster exhibited significant performance (fuel consumption reduction of 16.5% and an increase in horsepower by 2.9%) and emission improvements (54% reduction in carbon monoxide and 84% decline in hydrocarbons) after having been conditioned with the combustion catalyst product as compared to results before treatment.
