TALLAHASSEE, FL--May 15, 2012: Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), has appointed Sabrina Anderson and Dan Bernethy as Sales Representatives to better serve automobile dealers in California.  "With the passage of AB 1215 requiring dealers to provide a vehicle history report on all used automobiles offered for retail sale, our California customers are benefitting from ADD's easy and affordable access to the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS).  Sabrina and Dan are out in the field visiting with California dealers and ensuring they have the tools needed to comply with this new law when it goes into effect on July 1st," said Jim Taylor, President.  "We're very pleased to welcome them to our team."

Anderson is responsible for dealer support in southern California while Bernethy's territory includes the northern part of the state.  Visiting individual dealerships and attending auctions, they are able to demonstrate ADD's web-based program that allows dealers to enter a VIN and instantly receive a vehicle history report from the NMVTIS database.  "Dealers can retrieve reports one at a time, or enter multiple VIN's at once to pull reports on their entire inventory," says Anderson.  "It makes complying with the new law easy and affordable."

Manuel Marian of Car City in Ontario, CA agrees.  "I love the system at ADD.  It does exactly what we need it to do.  I'm extremely happy with it."  Located in Thousand Oaks, CA, Courtesy Motor Group owner Lucky Vasandani appreciates the system's ease of use.  "Auto Data Direct has a very simple, user-friendly server, not to mention wonderful customer service."

Bernethy says attending vehicle auctions and events hosted by the Independent Automobile Dealers Association of California has helped get the word out to dealers who are still struggling with how to comply with AB 1215.  "With the effective date just around the corner, our goal is to help our customers get their system for accessing NMVTIS reports in place, and reports in hand so they are ready on July 1st."

Dealers looking for an affordable solution to AB 1215 can contact Anderson at sanderson@add123.com or Bernethy at dbernethy@add123.com or call ADD's customer service line at 1-866-923-3123.  ADD provides a host of services to the automotive industry which can be accessed on their website, ADD123 .
