Navex Adds Carfax QuickVIN to POS Software

MEMPHIS, TN--July 5, 2012: Navex Inc., one of the leading software and technology providers for the tire and automotive aftermarket, has added Carfax QuickVIN to its point of sale software offering.  Users can now retrieve the year/make/model and vehicle identification number (VIN) of their customers' cars more quickly and easily by entering only the license plate information.

According to a recent study by Carfax, eight out of ten shop management system users would prefer to have Carfax QuickVIN available with their current system.  Users can eliminate the risk of costly data entry errors and help ensure they order correctly-fitting parts.

Shop name and contact information appears alongside each service record on the Carfax Report, reaching millions of potential customers.
