Carfax Releases Mobile App For Android Users

CENTREVILLE, VA--July 25, 2012: Carfax today announced that an Android version of the Carfax Reports mobile app is available to smartphone users. Carfax Vehicle History Reports can be viewed in a matter of seconds with just a few screen taps. Used car shoppers needing Carfax information have three ways to access it -- entering the vehicle identification number (VIN), license plate or scanning the barcode.

The mobile app for Android features user-friendly interfaces to access Carfax. The streamlined process quickly delivers Carfax information that car buyers need to find the right used car. In addition, Carfax Vehicle History Reports run from any computer or device automatically populate to and are viewable in the app.
