Parkmobile and Allstate Roadside Services announce roadside service available in the Parkmobile app

ATLANTA--Nov. 19, 2012Parkmobile USA, Parkmobile, the leading provider of mobile payment solutions to municipalities and parking providers around the world, announced today that its mobile payment for parking program will now provide even greater value by offering Allstate Roadside Services in its mobile app.  The Allstate Roadside Services (ARS) functionality will be available to all Parkmobile members using the latest version of our iPhone app.

To use Parkmobile's service, parkers register for free by downloading the mobile app or setting up an on-line account at Parkmobile.  Once registered, members can use the mobile app, the internet, or a toll-free number to pay for parking.  Parkmobile members have been able download the updated iPhone app since Thursday, November 15th.  By using the roadside service feature, Parkmobile members will be directed to an Allstate Roadside Services dispatcher call center for further assistance.
