LONDON--February 8, 2013:

Mazda UK recently held a series of dealer training events at Donington Park for the all-new Mazda6. During the event the new Mazda6 was put through its paces on the 1.96-mile international race circuit. The event combined workshops with professional driving experiences and first-hand test driving to inform and excite attendees about the all-new Mazda6.

You can see the all-new Mazda6 in action in our latest video.

This short video highlights Mazda's current 'defy convention' philosophy and latest design ethic, which was a key part of the event. Attendees were shown the thought process behind Mazda's stunning KODO Design which captures the soul of motion. KODO Design gives the impression of expressive movement even when the car is stationary, creating a sleek and distinctive sporty look.

The all-new Mazda6 incorporates Mazda's innovative fuel-saving SKYACTIV Technology, making it the no compromise choice for performance and efficiency. The new Mazda6 introduces the ground breaking i-ELOOP system for the first time. This is a regenerative braking system that converts a vehicle's kinetic energy into reusable electricity as the car is decelerating, storing this power for later use. This energy can be used in a variety of ways; to power the headlights, climate control, audio system, or any other electrical equipment.  The system enables 100% of the engine's power to drive the car, rather than generating electricity, thereby improving fuel economy.
