Malvese Equipment Company, Wilfred MacDonald Inc., Werres Corporation, and Carolina Industrial Equipment Company will offer the Firefly as well as official factory parts and factory-trained service.

FORT WORTH, TX--Feb. 14, 2013:  Good Earth Energy Conservation, Inc., creator and manufacturer of The Firefly, its innovative electric Essential Services Vehicle (ESV), is proud to announce its association with four historically preeminent dealers on the East Coast: Malvese Equipment Co. in Hicksville, NY; Wilfred MacDonald Inc. in South Hackensack, NJ; Werres Corporation in Frederick, MD; and Carolina Industrial Equipment in Charlotte, NC. These companies not only have truly outstanding histories, but by embracing new technologies represented by the Firefly, they demonstrate their forward-thinking and earth-friendly attitude.

These premier dealers will stock the Firefly for demonstrations and also supply parts and service which will be provided by factory-trained technicians both on-site and on-the-road.

All four companies are excited to offer the Firefly to their customers. Serving the New York City and Long Island area for over 50 years, Malvese Equipment Company continues its 100 year tradition of excellent service. Wilfred MacDonald Inc., which will distribute the Firefly in the New Jersey area and some counties in New York, has been in the ESV business for over 50 years, making customer satisfaction their number one priority. Providing small utility vehicles throughout VA, MD, DE, and WV since 1935, Werres Corporation maintains its commitment to outstanding customer service. Carolina Industrial Equipment Company, which operates in North and South Carolina, has been in the electric vehicle business for over 30 years offering a powerful knowledge base to its customers.

Conceived, designed, engineered, and built entirely in the United States, the Firefly uses the longer life-cycle Lithium-Iron-Phosphate battery that has an eight-hour charger compatible with a standard household outlet. The Firefly's groundbreaking technology and software provide unsurpassed performance making it highly energy efficient with up to 60+ miles per charge and performance speeds up to 45 mph. Because the Firefly is more affordable than gas-powered competitors with overall operational cost savings of more than 85%, it enables cities to enhance revenue generation at lower operating costs.
