SANTA CLARA, Calif.--April 2, 2013: Renesas Electronics America Inc., a premier provider of advanced semiconductor solutions, today announced that Ranjit Deshpande, vice president of Engineering, will address electric vehicle (EV) design at the Automobile Electronics & Electric Vehicles Seminar. Jointly sponsored by the IEEE Silicon Valley Chapter of the Consumer Electronics Society and the Chinese American Semiconductor Professional Association (CASPA), the seminar is designed to help identify and promote the next waves of technology innovation in Silicon Valley and around the world. The event will take place on April 3, 6:00-9:00 p.m. PT, at the Cadence Auditorium, 2665 Seely Ave., San Jose, Calif.
In addition to discussing automotive motor control technologies for EVs, Mr. Deshpande will join executives from General Motors and Elo Touch Solutions in a general panel discussion during the event.
