Quantum Technologies Announces Postponement of 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

LAKE FOREST, CA--April 8, 2013: Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. (the "Company") , a global leader in natural gas storage systems, integration and vehicle system technologies, today announced that it has postponed its 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "2013 Annual Meeting") originally scheduled for April 11, 2013 in order to provide the Company with additional time to prepare the required proxy materials.  The new date for the 2013 Annual Meeting will be announced once it has been determined by the Company's board of directors.
