Ford Motor Company Declares Second Quarter Dividend

DEARBORN, MI--April 12, 2013:  The Board of Directors of the Ford Motor Company  today declared a second quarter dividend of $0.10 per share on the company's outstanding Class B and common stock. This is the same level of dividend paid in the first quarter of 2013, and double the amount paid in the same quarter last year.

The second quarter dividend is payable on June 3, 2013 to shareholders of record on May 3, 2013.
