Bosch reveals latest automotive technologies at IAA Frankfurt Bosch Automotive Technology sales set to grow by five percent in 2013 „Focus at IAA Frankfurt on cleaner, safer and more comfortable vehicles

FRANKFURT--September 10, 2013: Bosch, one of the leading global suppliers of technology and services, has today revealed its latest automotive technologies at the International Motor Show, IAA 2013 in Frankfurt. Bosch has outlined how sales within its Automotive Technology division are set to grow by five percent in 2013, including through new developments with automated driving and other driver assistance systems.

Bosch has focused on its latest technologies to help make vehicles cleaner, safer and more comfortable, from using alternative fuels and predictive navigation to reduce emissions, to in-car smartphone integration and parking assistance systems to make driving easier. Bosch has also unveiled the world’s smallest starter motor designed for small, lower cost cars and new safe and efficient braking systems for hybrid and electric vehicles.
