Ford Motor Company Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend

DEARBORN, MI--Oct. 10, 2013: The Board of Directors of Ford Motor Company declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.10 per share on the company's outstanding Class B and common stock. This is the same level of dividend paid in the first, second and third quarters of 2013 and double the amount paid in the same quarter last year.

The fourth quarter dividend is payable on Dec. 2, 2013 to shareholders of record on Nov. 1, 2013.
