PHOENIX—October 19, 2013: During September, Ford regained the overall lead in online discussions, and both Ford & Chevrolet continue to generate notably more conversations than the remaining top brands. Audi experienced the largest increase (34%) among the top brands due to a lot of positive buzz regarding the introduction of its Quattro Concept at the 2013 Frankfort Autoshow. Discussions of Quality and Performance were strongest among the Ford, Nissan and BMW brands. Chevrolet, with multiple ads emphasizing EPA efficiency figures, had the greatest mentions of Fuel Efficiency. Safety dialog within the Toyota brand was strong.
