Experienced Industry Professional Joins Isuzu Truck Dealer Development Team

LONDON – Jan 27, 2014: Leading commercial vehicle manufacturer Isuzu Truck (UK) Ltd has announced that industry professional David Slatcher has joined the Hatfield company in the position of Network Business Manager. David has the responsibility for helping to develop new truck sales through currently eight Isuzu truck sales, service and parts dealers within ITUK’s ‘central’ region.

In this position, David is part of a team of three Network Business Managers that includes Bob Docherty in the north of England and Scotland with Andy Williams in the south. This experienced team play a key role in the ongoing development of retail and regional fleet sales through the company’s national UK dealer network.

David joins ITUK with a long pedigree within the commercial vehicle industry having entered it almost 40 years ago. In recent times, David has been working in both the Iveco and Mercedes-Benz dealer groups, in a variety of fleet sales and business development roles. Prior to that, again within a large dealer group, David worked closely alongside the fleet sales department of DAF Trucks (UK) Ltd.
