Renault is proud to be the Official Automotive Sponsor of Grand Designs Live 2014, for both London and Birmingham shows, with discounted tickets available to all its social media followers.

The French brand will be showcasing its eye-catching small car line-up, including the seductive Paris-designed Clio, adventurous Captur Crossover, and 100% electric showstoppers ZOE supermini and Twizy, the futuristic urban compact, at the big events later in the year.

As part of its new ‘Life Designed” campaign, the shows at ExCeL and NEC which attract innovative and creative exhibitors and personalities from across the country are the perfect destination for design-conscious Renault.

VIPs and celebrities joining the thousands of consumers now booking their tickets will also benefit from Renault’s zero emission shuttle service in flagship electric model ZOE, which expertly blends stunning looks with intelligent innovation.

Verity Mercer, Renault UK Brand Communications Manager, said: “We are proud to be Official Automotive Sponsor of Grand Designs Live 2014. We believe that great design isn't merely just about looking good on the surface; it's also about using its functionality to fit into your lifestyle. From the convenient hands-free keycard and touchscreen navigation, to our washable and removable seat covers. That’s why our cars aren't just beautiful, they're designed for life.

“Life is our inspiration. It's what puts people at the heart of everything we do. And it's a passion for life that dares us to imagine different, gives us our competitive spirit and drives us to be a champion of progress, whether it's winning on the F1 track or pioneering the first electric vehicle range.”

Based on the Channel 4 TV series, and presented by design guru Kevin McCloud, the London Grand Designs Live event from May 3 to 11 will be packed with more than 500 exhibitors, across seven different sections, covering interiors, gardens, food and housewares, kitchens and bathrooms, home improvement, self-build, renovations, technology and shopping.

Now in its 10th year, the show continues to inspire and grow in popularity, with the Birmingham dates later in the year, from October 9 to 12, extended by a day to cope with the extra demand.

Advance ticket prices for London start from £12, although Renault’s social media followers on Twitter (@renault_uk) and Facebook (facebook.com/renaultuk) will soon be able to take advantage of a special discount code.
