Citroen Dealership Recruitment Drive Marches On With Appointment Of Rylatt And Sons

LONDON – Feb 10, 2014: Citroen UK has recruited Rylatt and Sons to operate its sales contract in Spalding, Lincolnshire. Rylatts, a family business established nearly five years ago, already successfully operates the Ford franchise. It has also been a Citroën Authorised Repairer for almost two years, prior to taking on the new vehicle sales contract.

Rylatt and Sons has already delivered outstanding results on the aftersales side of the business, consistently placing in the top five Citroën dealers for aftersales customer satisfaction and growing its share of the area’s service parc month after month. It moved into a brand new purpose-built showroom earlier this year.

James Rylatt, Managing Director of Rylatt and Sons, commented; “We spotted an opportunity for Citroën in this area back in 2010 and the results we are getting on the aftersales side of the business prove we made the right decision.
