TORONTO, ONTARIO--Feb. 13, 2014: Canadian Black Book presented awards for the Boxster and Panamera to Alexander Pollich, President & CEO of Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd. this morning at the 2014 Canadian International Auto Show. The models were picked as winners for Best Retained Value in the Premium Sports Car and Premium Luxury Car categories, respectively.

"We are delighted to receive this honour given to the Boxster and Panamera by Canadian Black Book," said Pollich. "These accolades reflect the appeal of the many intrinsic qualities faithful to Porsche's principle: delivering performance, efficiency, in a sensible and stylish package that can be enjoyed for many, many years."

The "Best Retained Value Awards" are given to those vehicles which retained the greatest percentage of their original MSRP over the past four years.

The Porsche Boxster is the ultimate expression of the archetypical roadster. Powered by a choice of powerful yet efficient centrally mounted flat-six engines, the two-seater sports car offers unparalleled performance, style, and driving pleasure.

The Porsche Panamera four-seat sports sedan was updated for 2014. Among the changes, were the introduction of extended-wheelbase Executive versions and the 416-hp Panamera S E-Hybrid. As the world's first plug-in hybrid in its class, the Panamera S E-Hybrid can achieve a combined city/highway fuel efficiency rating of 5.1 l/100 km according to Transport Canada.
