Suzuki Goes Dancing with the Stars

March 8, 2014: As a key part of Suzuki GB’s integrated and high profile media campaign for the new S-Cross Crossover during March, Suzuki will now make a unique guest appearance in the final of ITV’s hugely popular Dancing on Ice this Sunday evening.

From a highly creative idea by Suzuki’s media agency ‘the7stars’ and then produced exclusively by ITN productions the feature was filmed all in one day at the studio rink at Alexandra Palace in North London.

During the commercial break at 7.45pm, the feature opens with a ‘vox pop’ style interview of two contestants about their performance and then quickly followed by an introduction to a pair of S-Cross’s driven around the famous venue in a perfectly synchronised 80 second dance sequence.

The two white cars are driven to show off the manoeuvrability of S-Cross in some close ‘cheek to cheek’ dance movements and in very confined surroundings for a car.

Dancing on Ice is now concluding its 9th and final ‘All Star’ series on ITV which has regularly attracted almost seven million viewers every week in its prime time slot and with a lot more expected on Sunday.

As part of its ‘Good Neighbour’ media campaign during March, Suzuki is running an exciting competition during which five S-Cross cars are being given away. All entrants need to do is nominate the person they feel really deserves to be awarded a new car on either Facebook or Twitter. #giveanscross

Priced from £14,999, S-Cross is available in either two wheel drive or with the latest Allgrip switchable four wheel drive system offering even greater security in the winter months.
