NEW YORK--April 8, 2014: During the past 12 months, Park Avenue Pianos have displayed their Golden Age Steinway Grand pianos alongside both Rolls Royce and Tesla Motors at two exclusive events. Park Avenue Pianos specializes in vintage Steinway Grand pianos from Steinway's Golden Age and has showrooms in Manhattan, Miami and Washington DC. The events, both in Miami, featured an unveiling of the 2014 Rolls Royce Wraith and a private concert held within Miami's Lincoln Road Tesla dealership.

The event at Miami's Braman Rolls Royce featured a private concert in celebration of the most technically advanced Rolls Royce yet. The 2014 Rolls Royce Wraith was serenaded by a mint condition Golden Age Steinway Grand piano. Golden Age Steinways were produced from the turn of the century until about 1955. This period is dubbed 'The Golden Age' because during this period Steinway reached its zenith as a world class piano maker during an era in which no living room was complete without a piano. The evening with Rolls Royce featured a classical performance from concert pianist and Park Ave Pianos owner Ronen Segev, Soprano Rebecca Longtemps, and 10-year-old singer-violinist Biana Pinchuk. Florida International University President Mark Rosenberg attended the event, which drew support for FIU's music program. The event showcased both Steinways and Rolls Royce's technical perfection from two different eras.

The event with Tesla also featured a Golden Age grand, this time a mint condition 1916 Steinway Grand. The event was in honor of the engineering heritage of Tesla Motor's namesake, Nikola Tesla. The evening featured performances from mezzo-soprano Avery Amero, and concert pianist Sophia Munoz, Serbian pianist Jelena Djukic, Florida International University residents from the Amernet String Quartet, and a surprise performance from Ronen Segev. Nikola Tesla was a Serbian born and Jelena Djukic flew in from Serbia to pay a special tribute to one of her country's best known sons. This event also showed off the technical and engineering achievements of both Steinway and Tesla Motors.

Park Ave Pianos specializes in hand-picked Golden Age Steinway Grand pianos and other fine brand pianos with showrooms in Manhattan, Washington DC and Miami. Park Ave Pianos also has world renowned technicians who are able to provide refinishing and repair services for Steinway pianos as well as other fine instruments.
