Frost & Sullivan Celebrates Stellar Performances across the Mobility Sector

LONDON -- July 4, 2014: At a banquet following its Urban Mobility 3.0 event on 25th June, during which new business models such as mobility integration and carsharing, public transport solutions, big data in automotive and autonomous driving as well as the future of eRetailing in the car industry were debated, Frost & Sullivan presented its 'Future of Mobility' Excellence in Best Practices Awards.

The awards acknowledge industry stalwarts as well as newly emerging and niche players for superior accomplishments in their respective domains, including a broad spectrum of segments ranging from steering systems, driver assistance systems and usage-based insurance to leasing and carsharing, among others.

Frost & Sullivan's industry analysts chose the companies for how they responded to global mega trends, emerging technologies, changing business models, government requirements and infrastructure needs.

The ceremony brought together industry peers, who listened to Shai Agassi, Entrepreneur and Founder & CEO of NEWRGY, share his perspective on the mega trends set to impact the mobility space and shape the future of mobility.
