Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV Off-Road Experience

AUTO CENTRAL, UK -- July 15, 2014: Visitors to the 2014 CLA Game Fair, to be held at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire from Friday 18 until Sunday 20 July, will be able to test their driving skills and off-road aptitude in the challenging Mitsubishi Off Road Experience.

Mitsubishi Motors in the UK, renowned for distributing a range of highly capable off-road vehicles, is marking its 40th anniversary during 2014 and once again is sponsoring the off-road course at the CLA Game Fair as well as the event’s prestigious Gun Dog of the Year competition.

Visitors can experience the technical but adrenalin-fuelled challenge of off-road driving in a range of Mitsubishi vehicles including the L200, one of the UK’s best-selling pick-ups; a Mitsubishi Shogun, an Outlander 7-seater 4x4; and the ASX – a crossover vehicle that bridges the gap between Mitsubishi’s conventional cars and its popular rugged off-roaders.

Open to anyone with a valid driving licence, the challenging and diverse four-wheel drive course encompasses inclines, side slopes and water. No appointment to drive the course is required and there is no cost involved for visitors. All drivers must complete an indemnity form and will be accompanied by highly trained and experienced instructors from Mitsubishi Motors in the UK.

Also on display is the all-new Outlander Mitsubishi Outlander Plug-in Hybrid Vehicle (PHEV). Eagerly awaited, the all-new SUV from Mitsubishi Motors is the greenest, most stylish and most technologically advanced yet. Visitors will be able to view the Outlander PHEV in the members' enclosure and on the Mitsubishi Stand – A71 located in the Elegant Gardens.
